Minimum Manning 31 March 2004 The Manning Sub-committee recently held a brain storming session on
problems related to the Safe Manning Resolution, and developed some thoughts towards
some possible solutions. The attached press release and article were today released to the press and it is hoped that by making our
Association's views public there might be some constructive debate on the issue of the minimum
standards for the manning of ships.
