Membership Support, especially for our Chinese speaking membership.
Contact point for shipping matters. Includes handling queries, keeping the membership informed about changes in the shipping environment, representing the Association in International and National Committees and Conferences, arranging lunches and seminars and arranging sub-committee and committee meetings. Also acts as the liaison point for communications with Beijing and Taipei.

Office Administration and Secretarial Services
Luncheon, Seminar and Committee attendance registration. Handles company registrar and secretarial issues, all office insurance and assists the Director with office personnel issues. Also handles the registration and monitoring of invoices and accounts as well as the monitoring of all correspondence.

Assists the office staff in computer and software advice and support. Maintains the Association website. Assists the office staff in sending out Circulars and Association notices.
